Working Alone Can be a Drag
Have you ever noticed that while working with a group, you feel energized, motivated or inspired? Your environment - and the people around you - shape how you think and how you work. If something is off around you, your productivity will also be off. If others are striving for excellence, you will be more likely to as well. This is a documented psychological phenomenon observed by the psychologist Norman Triplett in 1898. He observed that bicyclists riding in groups tend to ride faster than bicyclists riding alone.
After a while, working at home or the coffee shop can detract from productivity. The inspiration, the sharing of ideas and the energy from being around others who are also being productive is not available.
Working at EchoTrail, you will be surrounded by others who share your need for that energy, that motivation. Take a tour and see what we are all about.
