Where do I park?

Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of our building. Look for the EchoTrail sign. If the front lot is full, additional parking is available on the side of the building.

How do I get into the building?

You'll receive a door code with your booking confirmation that works from 5:55 AM to 10:05 PM on your reserved day. The door locks automatically when you leave. If you get locked out, use the doorbell to contact us remotely.

We're open 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.

What's included?

Every desk includes a 4K monitor, keyboard, mouse, laptop stand, sit/stand adjustability, fast WiFi, unlimited coffee and espresso from local roasters, sparkling water, and access to shared areas.

We understand plans change. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations and we'll work with you on refunds or rescheduling.

Do you have meeting rooms available?

Yes! Our meeting room can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a conference table, two sit/stand desks, a bar top, electronic and traditional whiteboards, and A/V capabilities. It can be rented hourly or daily.

Is WiFi reliable for video calls?

Absolutely. We have high-speed fiber internet with both wired and wireless options. The space is designed for professional work including video conferencing.

Can I bring guests?

Guests are welcome in our meeting room. For desk and office rentals, please check with us first as capacity may be limited depending on daily bookings.

We provide unlimited coffee, espresso, sparkling water, and light snacks. For meals, there are several restaurants within walking distance in the Ken Caryl area.

What's in the kitchen?

Our shared kitchen has a fridge, microwave, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and a sink. We keep it stocked with Vellichor coffee, espresso beans, sparkling water, and snacks. Mugs, glasses, plates, and utensils are all there for guest use.

Can I make my own espresso?

Yes! We have a self-serve espresso machine with beans from local roaster Vellichor. Pull as many shots as you want. Espresso is included with every booking.

Is there a fridge I can use?

Yes, the kitchen fridge is open to all guests. Bring your own lunch or store drinks during the day. Please take anything you'd like to keep with you when you leave.

Yes, there's a microwave in the kitchen for warming up meals you bring from home or order in.

Yes! Our sound-insulated phone booth is available to all customers on a first-come, first-served basis. It's perfect for private calls, video meetings, or anytime you need a quiet moment away from the open floor.
