1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of EchoTrail Ventures, Ltd. dba EchoTrail Coworking ("EchoTrail," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 11786 Shaffer Pl., Unit S-209, Littleton, CO 80127, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

EchoTrail Coworking provides flexible workspace solutions including:

  • Day passes for individual desk usage
  • Private office rentals
  • Collaboration space rentals by the hour
  • Monthly membership plans

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Square, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Square's terms of service. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.

For day passes and hourly rentals, payment is due at the time of booking. For memberships, please refer to our Membership Agreement for billing terms.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Day Passes and Hourly Rentals: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Memberships: Please refer to our Membership Agreement for cancellation terms.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our facilities, you agree to:

  • Treat the space, equipment, and other members with respect
  • Maintain a professional and productive environment
  • Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
  • Not disrupt or interfere with other members' use of the space
  • Follow all posted rules and guidelines
  • Not sublease, share access codes, or allow unauthorized persons to use your booking

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EchoTrail Ventures, Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoTrail Coworking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left on the premises. You use our facilities at your own risk.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EchoTrail Ventures, Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
